Orders may be placed online, by phone, or in person. For phone and online orders, a deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or pickup. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment services.
Delivery & Pick-Up
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our Delivery Policy, including scheduling, re-delivery fees, and signature confirmation upon receipt. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Refunds will only be considered under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Once the plants are delivered or picked up and confirmed by signature, all sales are final.
