Delivery Policy

Bringing Greenery Right to Your Door

At Clusia Hedging Co., we are committed to providing reliable, timely delivery of our plants with the utmost care. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process, schedule, and deliver orders to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Processing Time

Orders placed by phone or online are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after a deposit is received, depending on plant availability and order volume. You will be contacted using the preferred method of communication you provided when placing your order to confirm the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Payment Terms

For phone and online orders, we require a deposit at the time of order to reserve your plants and secure scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. Payment can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or via other agreed-upon methods.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer local delivery within St. Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami‑Dade County.


If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on distance and order size. These costs will be clearly outlined in your quote or invoice before confirmation.


Free delivery may be available for qualifying bulk orders or for locations within a certain distance — ask us for details when placing your order.

Delivery Appointments

All deliveries are scheduled in advance, and a signature or photo confirmation is required at the time of delivery.


If no one is available to receive the order and no alternate instructions are provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Pick-Up Option

We also offer pick-up by appointment at our nursery location. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring a vehicle suitable for transporting live plants.


If you are unable to make your scheduled time or need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Service Interruptions

In the event of inclement weather, supply shortages, or unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your delivery at the earliest available time.

Live Plant Handling

All orders are packaged and transported with care to ensure healthy arrival. Once the order has been delivered or picked up and acknowledged by a signed confirmation slip, Clusia Hedging Co. is not responsible for damage due to mishandling, planting errors, or neglect after delivery.
